Bloodborne Pathogens

Bloodborne Pathogen training has been revised and incorporated into other training programs, to provide Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)-required trainings in one targeted training session, depending on your workplace setting and responsibilities.

  1. If you work in a laboratory, attend the laboratory safety training.
  2. If you work in both a laboratory and clinical area, attend the laboratory safety training.
  3. If you work in a clinical area, complete the Annual Hospital Training (AHT) in the WCM Learning Management System.
  4. If you do not work in a laboratory or clinical area, but you may be exposed to a bloodborne pathogen or hazardous chemical, complete the Annual Hospital Training (AHT) in the WCM Learning Management System.
