Medical Health Physics (MHP) is excited to announce the launch of its new website, designed to provide comprehensive information and resources on radiation safety services at WCM and NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medicine. The new website represents WCM's commitment to maintaining the safest environment when using radioactivity for clinical and research applications.
MHP oversees and administers radiation safety services for WCM, NYP, and WCI-NYP, including general radiation safety, supervision of safe use and disposal of radioactive materials, personnel monitoring, radiation surveys, education and training, and diagnostic imaging quality assurance. The new website will provide easy access to information about these services and resources for students, clinicians, and scientists.
